Social Media Campaign Data

Collected Data

Through my data, I have found that the best times to post are at 10AM or 9PM. On average, those two times had the most traffic from viewers. In the future, I would only post at 10AM or 9PM, that way I would reach the most people possible for this campaign.

Below are the posts I published throughout my campaign. I tried hard to promote DSU Previews for future students. I was happy to see that I reached 169 people! In the future I would try to tag as many ambassadors as I could in a post and get them to share the post to their timeline, that way the post would reach a lot of people with no cost. I think the "Dixie Preview February 2017 post was popular (highest engagement) because I posted pictures of the students at the Preview. I will continue to post pictures of the students that come to the Dixie Previews. That was a success.

I invited all of my friends on my personal Facebook to "like" this page. I got 44 likes from doing that. From then on, I got 4 additional likes throughout my campaign.

Post Quality

This is the most successful post I had throughout the course of this Facebook campaign. It gives a student all the information they would need about a Dixie Preview. From dates to what it is, to cost to what to bring, it is all there for the future college student. I think one main reason why this post reached so many people is because my friend Majerle (also an ambassador) shared this post to her timeline. I was glad she did. In the future I will ask ambassadors to share posts from our page. I think that would be most effective.

In this post titled, "Dixie Preview February 2017" Album reached a lot of students as well as had a high engagement. I think the reason this post was so popular is because students like to see pictures of themselves and when they noticed that some of them were on our page, they wanted to find if they made it onto our Facebook.
